How long will the inspection take?

This depends on the size of the house. On average it should take about 2-5 hours, you will get a more precise answer here

Will we have to leave the house?

While it’s not required, we encourage buyers to be present, especially during the final walkthrough (last 30-60 minutes). This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, see any issues firsthand, and better understand your new home’s systems and maintenance needs. If you can’t attend the entire inspection, try to be there for the summary discussion at the end.

What does a home inspection cover?

A standard home inspection includes examination of the home’s major systems and components including the foundation, roof, exterior and interior structure, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC system, windows, doors, and built-in appliances. We will provide you with a detailed written report documenting any issues found, along with photos and recommendations for repair from a professional or maintenance.
